The WORST experience I have had ordering online. I placed the order at 10:50 and it said it would be at 11:20. I called at 11:45 when it didnt show up and was put on hold almost immediately by "customer representatives". I tried 3 times staying on hold for 10 minutes at a time. I tried the pizza huts 800 number and they hung up on me. The 4th time I called the store, I finally talked to someone who made sense. I spent almost $50 on two pizzas and this staff is so lazy and indifferent the pizzas aren’t even cut all the way through. Pizza has to be 90% of what they make and cutting all the way through it is too much for them to be bothered with. I know I can cut my own pizza, and now I usually do because I would rather have a frozen pizza I make myself than what they produce.
