There were only 2 of us in the restaurant. We ordered on the kiosk. My order came up eventually. They don’t have large cups, so they hand me 2 small cups and walk away. My roommates never came up and the staff said someone must have taken it. We were literally the only people in the place. The last time I came here and went through the drive through the staff asked me to drive all the way around again. I think to reset their drive through clock or something. Lock the doors, here come the customers! Just like any fast food place, the floors are cleaner than the tables, service is awful, food is gross/overpriced and they always like to inconvenience you some way. Want to dine-in? It’s drive through only, wanna use the drive through? It’s dine-in only, need to use the restroom? It’s out of service. Make sure to use the self-order kiosk because we’re understaffed and we hope you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for your order....read full review
