I kept hearing from people that this was a great breakfast spot and it didn't disappoint. We went around noon on Saturday and we were pleased that there wasn't a wait. Our server was so nice and immediately brought menus and took our drink order as soon as we sat down. It become obvious that many of the other customers around us were regulars. I finally went and had a waffle! at C's.That was the BEST waffle I've ever had.The batter is excellent & the waffle was the perfect crispyness (is that a word?). I ordered mine with fresh strawberries & whipped cream.That was perfect just like that; no syrup needed.YUM!

Super cute homey feel. The staff is friendly and they really took care of us. Felt super clean in there and nice and chilly. That AC felt NICE! Our 2 meals that we had were very good. Can't believe it was my 1st time going after passing by for so many year. Will definitely be back.
