Food tasted great, exactly as I remembered it (which is saying a lot because so many things aren't the same since the pandemic), staff was surprisingly friendly, and can't wait to go back!“
“We love the food here all the time. It's always hot and fresh. The only thing we ever encounter is the dirty tables. The table we had literally still had food crumbs and napkins still on it and was definitely sticky with something. We tried to clean it before food came to the table. We do absolutely love the convenience of ordering in the app and paying and how we can just have it delivered to the table. The way that makes ordering food and customizing each meal without holding up the line is amazing. The Deland location always has dirty tables they aren't as clean as Orange City location. The food is always fantastic! Prices are definitely higher in the economy though ugh overall we recommend going hereParking: Lots of spots just be careful it's a bit hectic at timesKid-friendliness: Okay play area inside. “My husband and I loved Arby's. The sandwiches were fresh and the meat was tender. They did not skimp on the meat in the sandwiches either. The dining area was clean and so was the restroom. The cashier was extra friendly but professional. They suggested an upsell but our budget wouldn't allow!! We'll definitely return to this Arby's!!“
“Initially we ordered a melt, two orders of boneless wings, and the big New Yorker. All was fresh, hot and good with the exception of the pizza. It was dried out and had virtually no cheese or sauce. I called back and spoke to someone (regrettably I forgot his name as it’s been a very long day…maybe Jeremy?). But he was extremely professional and pleasant and assured me he would get another one out right away. He thanked me for giving them a chance to make it right…and make it right, they did! One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. You’d never even think they came from the same place. In the pictures, I trust it’s obvious which was the original pizza. Thank you for speedily getting my pizza to me!“
“This place has amazing food and a very nice selection. I had my issues with my order, but the way that the second assistant Mgr handled the situation was very professional and courteous! I appreciate the fact that though there were issues there was less excuses and more action on fixing it. Thank you.“
“So I came in and realized that I ordered online to the wrong subway . I was extremely upset because I was heading to work and I couldn’t backtrack to the store that had already made my sub. The employee that was working there went up and beyond,and made my sub for me ,since I already paid on the app. She deserves recognition & a raise for doing this for me so I can eat before I go to work. I wish I knew her name but I came in 2:50 today. Thanks for making my day better “
“With all the fast food fried chicken options around I never really had a need to look beyond the major national brands, when a business associate told me he was making a lunch run to pick up some fried chicken I just assumed it would be from the colonel or that famous Louisiana chicken joint being you have to pass both to get to this Krispy Crunch Chicken location.Since I've never personally gotten any chicken from this gas station / convenience store that host this delicious chicken I can't speak of the service but I was told that the staff here managing the food are extremely friendly and work hard to accommodate their customers. The chicken is advertised as "Cajun Style" although very flavorful it is relatively mild and I wouldn't think anyone will challenge the level of spice. As the name says it's Krispy and Crunchy and very fresh and tender, I was told they don't prepare a large volume ahead of time and set the chicken under heat lamps for an extended amount of time so depending on when you show up you may have a short wait to ensure you are served fried chicken that is hot and moist.Besides the chicken we also got a side of potato wedges and the honey biscuits, absolutely no complaints from any of us that participated in this work place lunch - I love finding new food options so I definitely plan to visit this location in the future...“
“Just tried them for the first time. The wings were DELICIOUS! The fries were a little bland (but I like a lot of salt) and I wasn't crazy about the ranch but the wings were definitely the best I've had in a long time! The staff was very friendly and helped my husband make the perfect choice on my wing flavor! Haha we will definitely be back!“
