When we pulled up the drive thru teller was chatting outside with another coworker and told us to give her a min. Then she stayed there chatting for about 3 mins before going inside. And had a guy take our order who forgot to tell us they had no beef. Then was rude to us at the window when she gave us our food. Horrible service. Typical Taco Bell. This one seems to be short staffed which caused the manager to have a slight attitude when telling us there wasn't a cashier available and making us order from the kiosk. The employees have always been pleasant.

Left the north DeLand Taco bell location.. stopped in the south DeLand location where an employee named Jeannette was more than happy to assist me with my order...this taco bell location was just as busy as the north DeLand location.... thank you Jeannette for all your help.
