Coming from New York, I am always looking for good Chinese food in fla. We tried China Garden because my friend who ate there thought it was very good. We started off with the soup, which was egg drop wonton, which was a little bland with one wonton. The food was delicious,I had seafood platter with shrimp,scallops,lobster tail over green beans in garlic and butter sauce.The service was excellent,the setting was great.Had no trouble hearing the other people in my party of six.Soft music not too load,nice ambiance.Look forward to next time.
My wife and I recently sought out Chinese takeout and stumbled upon China Gardens in Delray. Our order consisted of chow mein, beef and broccoli, potato scallion pancakes, sweet-and-sour soup, and a side of wonton soup. The chow mein and beef and broccoli were good dishes - the beef was surprisingly tender, and the chow mein wasn't overpoweringly salty.
