Nothing but good things to say about this specific Papa John’s. From the moment we ordered over the phone until pick up, the staff was very friendly, professional and timely. Tried this location a couple times and found it lack luster both occasions. The first time I got the Stuffed Crust Meatball topping pizza. It was ready on time, but when I got it home it was under cooked and very light on the topping's. It was kinda gross eating it the first time. The other 2 times I had it for left overs, heating it up myself tasted much better. The next time I tried it I got the Baconmania pizza and was under whelmed again. I ordered a heart-shaped pizza for my 86 year old mother on Valentine's day. It was AWFUL. The thin crust was not crispy, but soggy and tough - as though it had been sitting around after baking. It was only slightly warm. Other than a point on one side, you could not tell it was a heart. I get that it was probably crazy busy, but don't offer a special if you can't commit to a quality product. You're getting two stars because ordering online and in advance was easy.
