Not from around here but anytime I mention ramen in Miami they always say you have to go to ramen lab. I got the Tonkotsu and was overall pleased with the bowl. The broth, egg, and noodles were excellent. What I was not happy with was the chashu. It should have been more soft and come apart easily with my chopsticks. This was my first time having Ramen. It exceeded my expectations! The broth was so flavorful. I wish I could have requested more of it. The pork was sweet and savory. The only thing that wasn't so tasty were the rubbery mushrooms; I will not order them next time. The staff was warm and welcoming and the location was perfect. If I'm ever in this area again, I will visit!

I came for dinner on a weekday. I had no problems finding the restaurant. This area of town is crowded. The area has a few parking garages and parking lots and street parking around. They are meter pay.We started with the loaded Kimchi fries with chicken. That was different as in good. It was different flavors. The chicken was good. It tasted sweet to me.
