We eat here on a regular basis. The food is fresh and savory. The ladies behind the counter are pleasant as well. I recommend Sabine Restaurant if you are looking for quality Haitian Cuisine.
You want some of the best Haitian food in town? You wish for alot of it? If you have a bountiful appetite and the time to spare definitely stop by as Sabine's is here to give you a truly authentic experience. Can become quite busy sometimes but worth the wait.

Have been there twice. Great value first time around, disappointed the second.Service was civilized and efficient if slightly reluctant. Space was tidy, tables were slightly grimy.First visit: ordered small serving of spinach beef with rice and medium serving of pork griyot with black bean rice.
