This review pertains to the bowling only. We got a groupon deal, so fortunately, we didn't pay the normal prices to bowl. The website makes this place look amazing, and although it's not nearly as nice as it looks online, it's atmosphere is still nice. Chaos. They started our time before we were able to get things set. When our lane was finally ready the pins weren't dropping correctly so we were told they would reset our time because of the wait. Then they switched us to another lane and did not reset our time. We asked them to please put the bumpers up for our three year old grandson. We tried to go for lunch and a little bowling. We paid and ordered food. The lane we were on kept having issues and the staff did everything to try to fix it and make it right with us. After a few issues, my kids were getting antsy so we asked for a refund instead. The manager issued the refund quickly and everyone was very polite. It’s a cute place with friendly staff and I hope they fix the lane. We will go try again on the next rainy weekend!
