Once seated things moved quickly and the food and drinks are plentiful. Food is authentic and made individually to order. Everything is delicious. Let me just say this, by the end of the meal, I've never trusted a waiters suggestion more in my life than I did here ? seriously his descriptions took the words right out of my mouth. He has a gift! Started with the vegan pizza with impossible sausage ? WoOoOoW so yummy. (I'm picky with pizza also) ? then per our waiters suggestion had the Fiocchi Di Pera. Which is a pasta filled with a blend of four cheeses and pear in a truffle cream sauce. Probably one of my favorite pasta dishes I've ever had. The pear really set this dish off, the perfect amount of subtle sweetness. Had the tiramisu to finish the meal, which was alright, would not order this dessert again. The tiramisu had too much cream without enough lady fingers or coffee flavor.. went against our waiters' recommendation, so lesson learned. All n all I LOVED this meal and experience.
