We stopped here on a whim as we were working our delivery route, and found this little gem. They have an old menu online that showed they had pizza by the slice for $2.50 and $3.00 a slice, which isn’t the case anymore. The small was only $7.50 so we ordered a plain cheese. We waited maybe 10 minutes for this hot and fresh box of heaven they called pizza! Probably the best local cheese pizza I have ever tasted! A true pillar of the community.... As hurricane Ivan approaches they're out helping residents board up homes and prepare for what now appears to be a direct hit to us... Especially now that Jim Cantore is in Punta Gorda! My kid works at a (different) local pizza place in town. Latest menu, as of 2022-06-27. We got a large meat lovers pizza, a Florentine calzone and bacon & jalapeño cheesy bread; all were quite good and I'd get them again. Two frustrating things - the had ran out of chicken by 6:20pm when I arrived to put on my order, and they no longer do garlic knots.
