The gentleman working at this Wendy's location on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 was incredibly helpful. He was friendly, attentive with all customers. He offered my "proper" ranch dressing to put on my sandwich rather than the dressing in the squeeze packets. We would all be so pleased with such excellent customer service in a fast food restaurant!
It's hot and miss here. Lately, they seem to be better. They're almost never friendly. Last friendly associate I saw was the guy that used to get his nails done. It seems there's usually something missing or made incorrectly. I don't usually eat here, unless someone specifically asks for wendy's bc of how bad it is. All in all, this one is still 1000x better than the one in Eustis.

Fast drive thru actually the fastest experienced in any Wendys.Delicious DBL baconator how ever cooked this made it fresh! French fries perfect. Yes i gave a Wendys positive review and this location deserved it. Even the kids meal chicken nuggets was approved by 2 year old.Only criticism they forgot my sweetener for my tea.
