Today's visit was great! The food was well prepared, hot and fresh. The manager apologized to us and explained the lobby closed early but ensured our course would be correct (previous visit was a mess & that's why we'd come in). The young lady taking our order was friendly and provided great customer service.

Today I just wanted a little snack to tie me over until dinner. Never been there before. So I ordered a small fry and glazed bites. ( don't judge me). Anyway, I must have been sleep on Krystal. Service was on point. The fries were hot and not over salted and the bites..Baebeee, hot and fresh. Now I don't eat red meat but I just may return to see what else they got. For right now, it's a 3.5 stars for me.

I never had Krystal before. So this was my first time. I was skeptical because I knew their burgers were similar to white castle and I'm not a huge fan of them. But I got the chick sliders and fries, my husband of course grabbed the burgers and we got a chili cheese fries. I loved it all. Including the burgers. The fries are thick and delicious as well.
