If you are looking for proper indian food, this is not the place for you. We ordered chicken and paneer . Both of them had so much food color .It literally looked like they had left over holi color and added those colors in curries. On top of it both the curries were sweet!!It was a horrible experience. The service was alright and ambience was alright. But from my understanding, we go to a restaurant to enjoy food and everything else comes after that. So the one star!!

Great night out exploring this culinary wonder! Everything was fantastic from start to finish. We had tandoori chicken wings, mango chutney, garlic naan, butter chicken, lentils, a spicy potato and cauliflower dish, lamb chop masala, and samosas. One thing was better than the next. There were 4 of us, and we nearly licked the plates! Service was great. Got very busy around 9pm, so go early!
That was my first visit to Bombay Darbar in Ft Lauderdale and I really loved it there! The food and atmosphere were really very nice! Special thanks to Gosia for a wonderful service!

After trying 2 other impressive Indian restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, gave Bombay Darbar a try but only to be disappointed by the taste. The only plus was the ambience which was definitely well thought of but can't say the same about the food. Mediocre food at more than double the normal price. Not recommended...
