This location was just closed for two months and bought by corporate, but nothing is better. Exact same type of employees. Work nearby and have a pickup order? Too bad, because the staff is lazy and the lobby is locked. Instead, they have the nerve to tell you to _walk_ up to the drivethru full of cars and get run over. No thanks, I'll just go elsewhere. I used to defend this this place to people, but they will be closed again soon in no time. Pathetic experience.
Ordered inside to go. Took five minutes for an employee to tell me they would be with me shortly. After waiting 10 minutes to place an order.(not one other customer waiting inside and one car through the drive through.) Ordered two ghost pepper whopper combos and an order of onion rings. Thought they came with ghost pepper chicken fries. The manager was complaining on the phone about having to pay someone unemployed and walked outside. Don't go or leave drive thru without checking order. Went there when there was 1 car in lot. No one ahead me. Ordered double whopper and got a regula whopper no double patties AND luke warm too!
