Breakfast was very good - omelletes and egg sandwiches and fresh squeezed juice. Reasonable prices for the area. Omelettes and egg sandwiches came with a good side salad. We will be back for lunch. Burgers are supposed to be really good.Kid-friendliness: We brought our four kids. It’s small inside but we went later around 10 am.“

“This is a great hotdog spot. Probably my favorite in the area. Staff are courteous and attentive. I got my chili dog and onion rings in just a few minutes and the serving of the onion rings was surprisingly generous with a great dipping sauce. Hot dog has a great bite and I love the simplicity of a chili dog done well. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Only issue is they only accept cash so come prepared but the prices are very reasonable.“
“This is a great atmosphere inside from the truck that makes the milkshakes to the bar that has a COE truck coming out of the center. We needed a quick bite and decided to order the cheesesteak instead of a burger. It was delicious and so was the bread. I was disappointed when it arrived as that it didn't come with mushrooms or peppers and the server didn't ask if I wanted to add them. Since we were on a hurry I didn't ask to add them once it arrived. They had a big selection of specialty burgers and the prices are also higher than I expected starting at $19. if I recall correctly. “The burgers are delicious, just like those in Bucaramanaga. Their tartar sauce transported me to the beautiful city again. The pineapple sauce needs to be improved a little because it tasted like just honey. The place is very nice, good parking. My only suggestion is that the music should be more Latin (rock in Spanish, etc.) and not country music. It is a little piece of Bucaramanaga in the south of Florida, it would be good for the atmosphere to match.“

First up thing I tried was one of the three Sushis rolls on the menu called, URSULA MOVED TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, it consisted of Vegan shrimp (made from heart of palm), sweet plantain, tofu cream cheese, cucumber, carrot \\u0026 crispy onions drizzled with her secret island sauce. The fusion style sushi roll, was full of flavor, and had a good texture through out, was definitely one of my favorite things I tried, and I would definitely get it again and highly recommend it when you order from her, but it definitely left me curious to try some of her other fusion style rolls, I could actually imagine just ordering all 3 rolls and calling it a night. The next dish was a caribe classic, a CRABCAKE (made with heart of palm) served over Dominican-style mashed plantain with garlic \\u0026 vegan butter and Crabcake, smothered in a house made cheesy garlic sauce \\u0026 pickled cabbage, do I have to say more? Just out of the world taste and flavor explosion, just like at the picture below, it was insane and so big. The final plate was a bowl for the soul, THE DOMINI SOULFOOD PLATE, that consisted of Latin style fried chkn (made from mushrooms and jackfruit), mac \\u0026 cheese, candied yams mixed with sweet plantain. The Chick’n was crunchy, and fried just right, she topped it with her special sauce, that really gives new meaning to special! I hope she starts selling It by the bottle, because it’s so good! The mac \\u0026 cheese was creamy and had a very good consistency. It was all complimented so well with candied yams and plantains that were the perfect sweet to go with the spice, an all around can’t miss plate, highly recommended. If you have ate at the Caribe Vegan in the past, you already know the amount of love she puts into each dish, and if you have never got to try her before, here’s your chance. Her new location is a beautiful event space, yoga studio and offers therapeutic massage as well (check for class times and appointment), it has lots of parking and a great zen garden to chill and enjoy your food, I definitely suggest stopping in, saying hi, and enjoying the food (it’s ok to bring a few canned beverages, if that’s your vibe).
