This particular Dunkin store has had its ups and downs. Lots of new faces working here. The management team does their best to make the store run smooth. It is hard to find good dedicated employees. However the current staff there are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I visit this store every single day. I see the changes that they are trying to make. They want to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
Standard DD with the usual items. Service was good, quick and friendly but I did have to go back inside because I wasn't given a knife for bagel. Place had a "tap" station to deliver coffee, which looked very cool from the customer side.Parking: Parking lot is AWFUL. The spots are too close to row behind you so need to do 29 point turn to get out with bigger vehicle.
