We couldn't stay longer, but drinks were good and great vibes. And the Service was good as expected.

Made reservations to Kuro specifically for their Sunday Brunch after seeing reviews of it on YouTube and wanted to give it a try. Location - it is located in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. It is about a 45 min drive (give or take 5-10 mins depending upon trafgic) from South Beach Miami area. Parking - you can valet or self park in the ramp. If you valet, you'll need to walk to the end of the hotel past high stakes to find the restaurant. If you self park, you'll take the elevator then escalator into the Casino and you'll be half of the way to the restaurant once inside. Reservations - you'll want to make reservations. You can do this online. Finding the exact site to book it was a journey - so here you go: They do not pick up the phone here. So if you're like us and had follow up questions or requests, good luck getting in contact with someone directly at the restaurant. We tried calling a few times with the direct number that the hotel provided, we also made sure to call during their business hours as well. When we called it connected us to the main casino and hotel line where they had to put us on hold to then call through to the restaurant to ask the question for us. Price - $125/per person. Children 12 and under are $60ish per kid. We had two kids in our group (ages 2 and 4 and were charged the $60ish per kid) Food - decent quality seafood. Few others in the group enjoyed the caviar. Hot dishes were minimal but considering it was for brunch it did the job. Seafood was yummy, particularly the king crab and oysters. Drinks - plentiful and delish. They offer bottomless bubbly Champagne, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and Sangria. Service - seems like all servers work together collectively versus having specific tables to tend to. Most of the servers were attentive. Majority of the servers were kind. Ambiance - the place is nice and tables are spaced out accordingly. They have tables both inside and outside of the restaurant. All in all, a good spot to try for the experience and seafood. I'd say if you aren't a big seafood eater, it may be better to opt for a different brunch spot.

Great Asian food restaurant located in the Hard Rock in Hollywood Florida. I had one of the best craft Mai Tais’ here. Excellent Sushi and Sashimi options from not so exotic to very exotic depending on your preference. Their prime rib beef skewers were also excellent.

Really good Sushi expensive but worth every dollar spent. The wagyu tacos are too small but they are so tasty.

I used to love this restaurant. But now recommend you Do not eat here. Expensive. Low quality. Our food was so bad even the waitress tasted it and agreed. Lots of turnover in the kitchen and it showed. The manager was called but never showed. No surprise with a place run like this. Service is so awesome but the food is so bad. Save your $ and go somewhere else.

There's nothing negative to say about this brunch. The best that I've been to in Miami. Every staff member was very attentive, our server Miguel was funny and on top of everything. Abbey at the front was an absolute doll. I could go on and on about everyone there. There were so many food stations, we were unable to get to all of them. My primary focus was the seafood. We were seated near the window overlooking the pool, which was absolutely gorgeous, the drinks never stoped coming, thank you Miguel! And as soon as we got up to get new plates, our table was cleaned and ready for us to return; again attention to detail was immaculate. The food was top-tier, everything tasted like it had been prepared in small batches, not like a buffet at all. The pasta station was phenomenal as well.

When it comes to hospitality, ambiance and excellence meals, Kuro is always a go-to. Prices can vary, steep to an extent but a great place as an occasional or special event dinner spot. Sushi is always fresh and meat cooked perfectly.
