Gelatos are really good, and coffee too. However, the lady who helped us didn’t have customer services. She was in a hurry, and she laughed at what we asked. The great experience that people have in any restaurant is the FOOD, and GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Thank you !
I’ve being going to this Bakery for 30 years and the quality of food and pastries is delicious . The owner and his staff are wonderful people and they treat you like Family so if anybody out there was refused service is because of their ATTITUDE and the way how they treat others .Was there few hours ago and I witness the rudeness of the gentleman that posted previous review and you CANT ASK EMPLOYEE TO DO SOMETHING FOR YOU THAT THEY TYPICALLY DO NOT DO .So take your business...read full review

Pastries are good but the music is so unnecessarily loud it ruins the entire experience. I was there on a Friday morning and the dance music was blasting. All the seats near the speakers were empty. I asked the barista to turn it down and she said that her boss doesn't allow the music to be turned down. Go figure. If it weren't for that I would rate it higher. Unfortunately will be looking for a different place and use this only for takeout.
