My wife and I decided to dine at Capital Grill prior to a musical we had tickets for at the Au-Rene Theater at Broward Center For The Performing Arts. We parked in the Galleria garage attached to the same building as Capital Grill which was about a 2 minute walk to the restaurant that we had a 5:30pm reservation for. Fort Lauderdale Capital Grille - My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary while on vacation. Andre was our waiter, as great as the food was (oh and it was fantastic!), he made our meal a wonderful experience! I just can't say enough great things. Thanks for making our night so wonderful.

Our server was great, sorry name escapes me. Food was excellent with the exception of the Calamari appetizer. It appeared deep fried instead of pan seared, regardless it was over cooked, greasy and hard.
