I orders curbside but I had to get out to retrieve my order . I then checked the order when I got in the car and it was skimpy small portioned and not work 11$ at all . I am very unsatisfied. Went into ask for a refund for the worker to talk to me so distasteful and nonchalantly telling me they don’t do refunds .. I was extremely disappointed with the service at the location. despite waiting to be assisted, we observed an employee casually eating in view of the register. When she noticed us, instead of attending to us, she simply got up to fetch more sauce for herself and swiftly returned to her seat in the "back" in view of the us. I am disgusted with how i was treated this week, Maria Hernandez was the employee and she was nasty and rude to me. I ordered online at 11am for pickup at 2pm, when i got there my order wasn’t processed.. no one made the order and then they said they “ran out of the New smoothie bowls” and that “if you made an order at 11am we should’ve had your bowl to the side” okay so why didn’t you check online ordering system?
