the food and atmosphere are fantastic. the eggs benedict was cooked perfectly. my husband had toast with his dish and the bread tasted like it was from a local bakery . liz recommended the sangria which is the best i’ve had (i normally sangria ). definitely come back on another trip to fort lauderdale.
The Village Cafe was way beyond expectations. Every bite of dinner was delicious, including the tasty sauce that came with warm pita. Hands down THE BEST mushroom risotto I have ever consumed. Our server was helpful and accommodating. It is a hidden gem, and I am so glad we found it.

We dined at Village Café on Tuesday, March 14th and we had Liz and Angie as our waitresses, and both were very responsive and made several suggestions on the menu and answered all of our questions. Miguel is the chef at the restaurant and every dish is an artistic adventure!
