I cannot express in words how wonderful and good this place is, the cordial and friendly attention of its staff is an extra point to the experience when visiting it, its food is very good, it has flavor, color and texture that are a boom in the Palate in particular, I liked the machaca burrito and my children liked the chicken quesadillas. In short, we will return, thank you zona fresco 17 th street!!!@????
First of all, i come here all the time, NEVER have i seen such carelessness on fulfilling an order. I ordered food to go. They put all the sauces and toppings in with what is supposed to be crunchy taquitos so when I get home to eat it, it's a soggy brown mess I can not even eat it. Come on that is ridiculous, and I waisted money getting food from here. Should be zero stars. ?

I normally don’t leave reviews online but I’m doing it now because, Im in the process of purchasing this franchise and I’m kind of concern about it.I often go to this place on 17th Street, food is great but today there were a group of like 7 young men and girls with no shoes and almost no clothes, I believe coming from the beach, I told the cashier( guy from Venezuela) that it was my first time seeing that in any zona fresca restaurante I have been in south Florida and told him that that was making me feel uncomfortable, also that I can see other people were feeling the same. he did not answer me and looked at me terrible. Then when my food came out, he did not call my order number and left the food on the counter…when I asked if that was my food he handled to me in a very nasty way! Sorry but people need to be respectful and wear clothes… specially in a restaurant that is not on the beach and that serves food, it is a simple matter of consideration and hygiene. I was going to eat there but when I saw that situation I took my food to go!!

I always forget how delicious this place is!!!! I love the quesadilla, add chicken and MMM. The pico/salsa bar is such a nice touch, it just makes you want to stay for your whole meal so you can dip your chips into every salsa they have. Everything is very fresh and flavorful, never disappoints. The service is friendly and quick, the ambiance is clean and quaint. Love Zona!!
