Rude employees , I continue to go back for the enexpensive coffee, but I would prefer not to have a drive thru so backed up. I'm for forced to go inside and deal with the staff.
I waltzed up in the joint like a tornado in a cornfield proclaiming a cold black iced with a splash of lemonade to quench the thirst of the Florida summer heat of SWFL.GLAZED DONUT IN THE BAG.STAFF WAS ON POINT!

This location is always a hit or miss for me. Very inconvenient with its location. Although the area is very busy in the morning, this location is never overwhelming with visitors. I would have to say because of the Valvoline oil station, the exit of their customers protrude through the drive-thru of this Dunkin location.
