“I've been dying to try this place out since I moved to Fort Myers and today we finally did ! My husband, 3 kids (9, 5, &2) and I walked in and we were immediately welcomed by the host and seated, the decor is beautiful! Our server Raymond then introduced himself very welcoming, we advised him it was our first time there and if he could guide us. This young man literally answered all of our questions with a smile and honesty, his recommendations were on point & he was very patient with out children as well. We had the spring rolls as an app and boy were they crunchy and full of flavor, the sauce was also a great addition with I little touch of spice. I had the curry shrimp ramen, which to my shock was AMAZING ! My husband got the grilled chicken ramen which he loved ! We loved the food so much that we decided to also have it for dinner lol. I now got the chicken curry and it's definitely my favorite! This place is definitely a must try ! Also quick add on -- the portions are definitely filling, kids had fried rice with nuggets !“
“A hidden gem, Great food and great service and reasonable prices.I had the two roll lunch and my friend had chicken hibachi bento. The bento was very large, had a lot left over to take home. Rolls were super fresh. It was late lunch at 2:30 after a Twins game. Look.forward to returning and trying the other hibachi grill items on their menu!“
“So happy we found this place! Ramen was amazing; we had Tonkatsu, garlic lovers tonkatsu and kimchi ramen. All three were super fresh, authentic, and very flavorful. We also ordered gyoza and a yellowtail/mango roll, which were both delicious! We we will be back - hidden gem!“
“Came here to eat after work with my friend and the time we spend here was great. Servers and the owner were very polite and helpful to choose our food . Everything was delicious. Will visit next time in town . Thank you you friend from Puerto Rico. ??“
“Some of the best sushi in ft Myers forsure! I've Been coming here for over 20 years. Service has always been quick, good, and affordable as I've been coming here from time to time over the last 20 years I will definitely be back sooner than later.“
“This is our favorite local sushi spot! Perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Pricing is fair and service is always good. We love the variety of their menu and are never disappointed! They are closed on Mondays though, which I always seem to forget.“
“The pad Thai was amazing. I added shrimp and they were huge. Many places use tiny shrimp and this place had large shrimp. The dish could easily be split between two people. Large serving!I also had the Thai iced tea and it was good! Very sweet. The reason for 4 stars is due to the $11 I paid for calamari. I received an extremely small portion and they didn’t taste right.I will definitely be back for the pad thai!FYI: I ordered food online and picked it up. The parking situation is terrible (not their fault). It is a very busy area. If you are ordering from grubhub, I imagine your food is coming to you cold because it takes forever to find a parking spot and then you walk into the shopping area to get to the cafe.“
“Chef did an amazing job even without the exhaust hood working. Food was well done, and the chef's table side manner was second to none.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetable optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten-free, dairy free, and you can do shellfish free if they are informed ahead“
“I have eaten sushi from NY to Tokyo. I have not enjoyed a meal like this in years. The food was very fresh and the presentation was perfect. All the servers were very pleasant and helpful especially our server Nicole. The atmosphere was very pleasant. In the future I will make any excuse to return. Spectacular!“
“Decided to try this place for the first time as a last minute change of plans and boy was I surprised at how great all the food was. I ordered the spicy honey chicken bowl and this instantly is now my go to lunch spot. My wife and friends tried the sushi and chicken teriyaki and they were delighted with the taste, freshness, and overall service.“
“Unlimited, all you can eat sushi and more. I enjoyed the deep-fried rolls and hibachi shrimp plus the gyoza. If they had the specialty rolls that weren't deep fried for lunch as well, I think I would've liked it more. Great if you have a big appetite to get your money's worth.“
“We stopped for a quick after meeting lunch. Sushi is always incredible and today we met the owners & their group! They were wonderful & incredibly generous to take care of our lunch today! Thank you all! Keep up the great work! Blu is the only sushi I want in SWFL ?“
“I've been going here for 1 year and the owners and staff always treat me like family. The food and service is very good and delicious! The price and variety is very reasonable as I often make a few trips every week ! See you guys soon, thank you.“
“Everything is great here! The only thing that you'd have to worry about is that sometimes you have to wait for your hibachi chef to come until your table is filled. Soup and salad appetizers come out during the wait and they are included.“
“The quality of the fish was excellent. We were surprised how few rolls there were that did not have the fake crab in them. We like more traditional raw sushi. The rolls we did order that were fully raw were very good. As was the sushi itself and the Zulu shrimp.“
“MAKS is simply the BEST! We are regulars there and both our kids LOVE sushi as well. From the atmosphere of the restaurant to the polite and professional staff and of course the amazingly fresh and delicious sushi. Try anything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed. We have been to many sushi restaurants and we just love MAKS the best. Highly recommend.“
