Went for the early bird menu with 2 friends.Everything we ordered was top notch.The Baked Haddock with lemon butter sauce was sublime. And actually, if I could only have the crab bisque I would leave perfectly satisfied! Thick, creamy, and totally satisfying with that delicious sherry lingering on my tongue. We were there on a Wednesday - “locals night” so there were specials. Food was good. Crab bisque was not as good as the lobster bisque at Ike’s in Minnetonka Mn. (!)- too much thickener (flour?) and that was true of my scallops as well - butter sauce over thickened.We enjoyed the atmosphere and service was great.

Was our first time at University Grill and we had a great experience except for the bartender, who was very rude and unpleasant. Our waiter was nice and food was good. Loved the atmosphere and although we were told there was a 45 minute wait, we were seated in 10 minutes so that was a nice
