I have to give a 5 star review today. THANK YOU to all the employees and big props and great efforts to Boss Lady Cassandra(manager). It all started when I noticed some of my food was missing, as I checked my bag at home. I admit, I was upset and I had to gathered myself to return back to KFC. The price of this chicken is so expensive. Luckily, the young lady told me to go on the app so I can get a better deal. She helped me through it since it was difficult to sign up. I wish I would’ve known her name. she was very nice. While waiting for my order, I did go to the ladies room that was very dirty with no toilet paper. Love the staff there..it's was only two lady's working doing everything an not once did they get out of characters because of the workload that was coming in..they did a good job!!!
