“I traveled to FWB for a license renewal but that office closes from 11-12 for lunch so I looked for some lunch myself and found La Place BBQ. I was greeted by the nicest lady and promptly got a seat. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich with 2 sides, BBQ baked beans and potato salad. The food came out fast and every mouthful was absolutely delicious. Some of the most flavorful food I've ever eaten. All the staff is super friendly too! When I come back to FWB I'll be sure to visit again.“
“I always heard good things about Kinfolks BBQ. However, I’ve never been here before so I decided to take my family with me to get our first experience together. And boy did we get a phenomenal first experience! We arrived here as party of five (2 adults and 3 children). While we always love eating good food we weren’t particularly hungry when we arrived here that day. So we thought we will try their something simple and straightforward just to get an idea of their food. So we ordered a family platter (which according to the menu it should able to feed 4 people). It came with a half-chicken, brisket and as a side with got some coleslaw, white bread and French fries. Long story short that plate only made us more hungrier because of how delicious it was and we ended up ordering even more brisket in the end. Food was off the charts in terms of taste. It was very tasty and flavorful. My daughter (8 years old) even said that we should come here every day (!). She doesn’t always say that. And that should tell something about the food here. Oh by the way, the staff treated us like family. They were super friendly, welcoming and showed that authentic southern hospitality! And the prices were very reasonable too. Overall we had an absolutely great time. We most definitely will be coming back here again.Parking: It’s located inside the small business plaza. “We were already in the parking lot so we decided to go for a steak. For starters we had the stuffed mushrooms and they were to die for. I had the renegade sirloin and red rock shrimp with fries and the fire grilled corn on the cob. My oldest had a flo's filet and my other had a bowl of the shrimp and lobster chowder. I thought mine was supposed to come with a salad but I think she may have subbed the corn for it, I didn't realize until food was coming out. Service was great, she was on the ball with refills. I also had a coupon for a free desert but everyone was full so I picked one without ice cream and took it to go. It's very pricey there so we don't go often. This time was well worth the wait.“
“Went today and got chicken and fish and not only was the food wonderful, so was the service. The lady at the window was very patient and kind, and so was the gentleman. I had never been before but will definitely be back. Whoever worked today deserves a raise 10/10“

“We're from MN, and my son wanted Ribs. I encouraged him to wait for good southern BBQ. Boy, was he happy he waited. The service was great and friendly. The food was DELICIOUS. We got Brisket, Wings, Ribs, beans, creamy slaw, potato salads, and corn bread. It was all SOOOO good. The Wings I could eat every single day. The best I've ever had (and I like my Wings). Definitely a treasure to Destin, and if we come back... I wouldn't leave without another trip to Moe's. Thanks, guys! It was all we wanted, plus some. I'd love to see you guys in MN.“
“This place has the best Thai options in the area. Soooo good. It’s my new favorite place for Thai. The service was excellent too, but the music was a little annoying. Regardless, I’d sit through music I don’t like to experience the food.Vegetarian options: Just ask for not meat.“
