I always heard good things about Kinfolks BBQ. However, I’ve never been here before so I decided to take my family with me to get our first experience together. And boy did we get a phenomenal first experience! We arrived here as party of five (2 adults and 3 children). While we always love eating good food we weren’t particularly hungry when we arrived here that day. Ate here for lunch yesterday with a party of 4 while in the area for a conference. Had never been, but it was recommended. Had a great first experience. Ordered the chicken/beef combo plate with the beans and Brunswick stew. All was excellent (though the brisket was a tad dry due to it being what appeared to be a lean cut). Service was excellent and friendly. The sides of baked beans (really excellent) and Brunswick stew (very good) were great additions to the meal. Recommended.

A local favorite for smoked meats, several sauces that you can select from. Very tender ribs . Reasonable prices and a big selection of BBQ plates. Quick service for dining in or takeout.
