Update #2 - staff here efficiently turn over tables without making you feel rushed. Can now also recommend the poke bowl and the Good Life sushi roll - YUM!Update- we came back with more people! Can now also recommend the teriyaki scallops! A few friends and I went to lunch here. They allowed us to come in 1 minute early to review the menu because a large party was coming in. The Rangoons were the best I've ever had, the lychee sauce was amazing.

We've lived in this area for five years now and really regret not trying this place sooner! Coming here from Los Angeles, we felt like there just weren't that many great restaurants in the area, and Soi Bistro is definitely a GREAT place. We had the Katso Curry, Miso Soup, Edamame, Noodles, and my husband ordered a custom role with Unagi, Tuna, Spicy Tuna, and Tempura Shrimp and said it was fantastic.We'll definitely be going here regularly!
