My family and I used to love this place but unfortunately they are very inconsistent with the food. Sometimes it is hot but most of the time it is absolutely cold or the food would have different temperatures, even fries taste old af. We like the ambient, the stuff are great but we would love to have hot fresh food when we come in.
Good spot for a group and good selection for seafood and other dishes.

Drinks were amazing and food was very good. They were also respectful of my service dog. Things were going great. Apps and drinks came out timely. We did have to ask our server twice for water but hey, we're human no big deal...the issue we came to wasn't with our server directly, it was the wait time on our entrees. I'm not the type to time so I don't know exactly how long we waited but it was definitely longer than it should have been. It would have been nice if our server would have come over and checked on us or said something. Just awkward.

We weren’t greeted. We didn’t have to wait to be seated too long. But then I guess a manager tried to take us but then a hostess insisted. We were seated. I guess we were seated and I guess it was a big issue! And then finally got waitress. Tries to upsell on everything! Very passive aggressive and another person had to bring our food. Then she comes back. Very in and out waitress. This was the shortest visit ever! And after the service and higher prices, I don’t see wanting to return.
Yucca appetizer was good and Dragon fruit margarita was beautiful and tasty! I visited at lunch time and it was a little busy but plenty of empty tables and bar stools! I sat at bar and bartender was nice at first (she was alone and very busy) so I gave her leeway for that but after waiting and waiting for service I asked servers and host for what I needed and no one was able to help?! They just passed by saying she will be with you soon instead of assisting their colleague. Bad look for Bahama Breeze! At the end I just wanted to pay and leave so I waived my hand at bartender so I could pay (since I kept being ignored), she thought I was being rude, not my intention, I just wanted to leave a place where I did not feel valued as a customer, her attitude at the end was just the icing on top.

Overall the experience was nice but there were some issues. Firstly, it took some time for our drinks and food to come; yet there was a couple that came after us and got their meals immediately. Secondly, when we finally received our food they forgot to give us utensils and that took some time too. The people handling our food kept stopping to socialize with friends that came to dine and then we were served after their conversation was over. There was definitely some partiality. But the food was good and the evening was enjoyed.
