Stopped in 1/11/2024 and the young lady was very nice and accommodating. Helped me with the app and she made a fresh pot of coffee without me having to ask. Of coarse I waited in joy!

I have only gone inside and ordered. The staff is courteous and helpful. They don't pretend to not hear you or act like they have somewhere better to be than taking your order. That's more than enough these days when there are staffing shortages. I came here several times in the past week and the facility is also bright and well-lit. Definitely more spacious and welcoming than other locations I have visited.

This particular Dunkin' Donuts is located in a relatively new looking strip mall and also houses a Baskin-Robbins. How can you go wrong with offering coffee and ice cream? The staff was friendly and professional and I had no real issues with the establishment. I did notice that the drive-thru is a little bit weird to navigate, but no one seems to have an issue with it.
