Beque Holic has went through a few changes. This round of change provides a new, organized menu of meats, more sides, and less appetizers. Less appetizers make sense for the amount of room available on the table. Their new sides of pork katsu and japche are delicious and on point! Although their menu is now more organizer, the selection is repetitive and lacking. No veggies, lacking of seafood and repetitive choices like 3 kinds of pork belly (thick, thin, and spicy thick). I like how they've expanded their beef cuts that's really cool. I was actually saddened by their pack of seafood choices as well. I was hoping to eat octopus and calamari on my last visit and saw only shrimp available. I think if Beque can benefit with an expanded seafood or veggie package to cater to those with different diets or for those who want to explore different flavors on their dish!When I personally went, my waitress was an amazing inidivual and very kind. Others there were also nice and kind as well don't get me wrong! I just really appreciated her patience. What I wasn't a fan of was random orders landing on my table that were not mine. There were 3 times where I had the waiters who approached me with the orders that I did not order that food. I think the 3rd one they just placed it and went away too fast for me to stop them. Please be aware of this and speak up if this occurs to you. Personally, I was not going to be at risk of being overcharged for food I didn't order.The meats are still as delicious as I remembered through the different changes so atleast food quality hasn't gone down! Beef brisket, beef bulgolgi, and thin pork belly are my go to's with a nice steamed egg and rice with a spy sauce drizzle. Bon Appétit friends!

We came here for one of my friend’s birthday celebrations and I loved the experience! We got the all you can eat deal and while I was a bit distressed at the pricing, it was worth it. The service was reliable, quick, and helpful, and it was altogether a lovely time. :)

This is a great place for some Korean BBQ. We had the B menu (lesser price) so we got spicy chicken, teriyaki chicken, spicy beef bulgolgi and regular beef bulgogi. Our waitress was attentive and helpful.Kid-friendliness: My elementary-aged kids love going here. If you have a child who can’t keep their hands away from the fire, you might make this a date night without them.

I was skeptical to say the least when i heard that they had changed the menu and some of my favorites were no longer on the menu. But I was absolutely blown away with some of the new meats. The Top steaks are so tender they melt in your mouth. Also the new marinades are to die for. My personal favorite meats are the Spicy Top Steak, and the Olive Ribeye. Service was also exceptional, Stephanie was amazing at breaking down the new menu and was very attentive and kept the drinks flowing. The playlist that they had was so good, highly recommend that when you are in Gainesville you stop here for the AYCE.
