5?! Delicious and a GNV favorite! Love the atmosphere, the customer service and the food. Great seating, in the sun or shade, fun vibe, a car ride to a lot shopping options and the university. If I could only eat 1 meal in GNV, this would be in my top 3 bc of the ambience! The sopapillas (dessert) on top is they are celebrating 11 years today in GNV - Happy Anniversary that’s quite an accomplishment ??

I am extremely disappointed in the steak bowl I just received. I just spent over $25 for a bowl of sauce, pretty much. Of course I had to order it delivered through Doordash (not their fault), I am not able to receive any credit so it's $25 out the window. This is such a disappointing review to have to write because they have always given great food when I ordered in the past. Even if I could have eaten it, whoever put it together didn't even bother putting any utensils in the bag.

If it was an option I would give a 4.5 overall. I had a famous taco and a build your own burrito both with ground beef. The price was reasonable. I've had better for cheaper, but I've also paid much more for much worse. The food tasted like it is made with quality ingredients. It tasted like most of the homemade tacos and burritos I've had. It was a little too bland and mild for my taste. I also that is what you have to do when you are serving food to the public. I would definitely eat here again.

used to love going here, but after finding out, you can’t even see the toppings anymore or what you’re putting on your burrito bowl I will no longer be coming back! That’s like going to subway and not seeing all the old topping and empty buckets scraped to order. Yea no thanks. It was a good idea until it isn’t! Not trying to tell people how to run their business, but you definitely lost mine by going lazy due to Covid! Using covid as your excuse is losing you money. I’ve been coming since your doors opened. You have one store left in Gainesville but have a feeling it too will be going under.2nd RESPONSE: FYI your food isn’t that good to deal with the terrible changes. Also your employee said it was changed due to covid so relax there bud

Been going here for a long time. The food is good and the service is okay considering it's a walk up window.I kind of like the way it use to be a lot more than the changes in the past few years. After COVID they changed the way the place works which was understandable considering the circumstances it made sense. But now that things have normalized I think they should go back to the build your own "subway style" setup. Used to be you walk through the line and they build your base the way you want it and you could see what you were getting before you decided. It gave you a little more control of how much of each ingredient you want in your burrito/bowl. Used to be cheaper as well. Doesn't make much sense to increase prices when your actually not using as much product. Before you could stuff your burrito. It's just not the same experience anymore and I'm sure business has decreased since the changes. No shade, the food is still good. Just a little bit of a let down and wanted to share my thoughts, I'm sure there's others that feel the same way.
