Blown away with the quality of the food and the friendly professionalism of the service. I’m rarely moved enough to write reviews but finding such an amazing place in such an unlikely location makes me want to tell everyone about it. Sorry no pics, I didn’t expect to be so impressed until I was halfway through my first taco.

My 1at time trying Sublime and so far the best tacos??? I've had in Gainesville! ??The hibiscus ? tea was good(I love ? tea so I'm biased) ?The staff member was pleasurable. ???I'll definitely be back.

Large Steak burrito - rice was dry and crumbly. Steak was dry and chewy. Didn’t want to finish it. Will stop again to hopefully have food worth $16 (burrito and a drink) and update the review.
I had the steak, egg, breakfast burrito. It was great, the service was fantastic and fast. The food was served pippin hot and delicious as well as properly seasoned. I will definitely be stopping by for lunch or dinner at some point as well as recommending it to everyone I know or

So far i've had their burrito and tacos. Both are fantastic and price that are very good value. Their green salsa is very good and i'm going there tomorrow for breakfast. I recommend this fine local business to everyone it is fantastic.

My daughter and I decided to grab some lunch at Sublime the other day, we've driven by a hundred times but this was our first visit. They have a cute outdoor eating space that of well landscaped. The parking is a little tight and confusing but the staff was happy to point us in the right direction. We had chips/queso and carnitas tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious, the meat was tender and flavorful. We will be visiting again soon.
