This place has been on my radar for a minute and I have seen nothing but great things from here. Curia on the Drag has a food truck that serves 100% vegan food items. I have been more trying to eat less processed food and being able to see the ingredients in what I'm eating. When walking up to the truck, there's a pavillion/outdoor area that you sit at and order from the QR code on the table. Super cute trendy place. Would have been all five stars by the service at the counter was a little off with the cashier's attitude. The barista was fantastic so she gets the five stars. Definitely will be back when visiting Gainesville again!!
