I am updating this !!! Sunday was a bad day and got pizza but somehow in the system it changed it over to the waldo location... thought it was this store. Called up and went off on them but then after they could not find it in their system found out ot was the one on waldo rd at the walmart and i told him i was very sorry.... he was so nice he remade everything ... best store. Great service. Smiling people. Love the food. Perfect. Glad I came here. Better then the unnamed one on main st.. :-)

We ordered pizza on Christmas Eve. They were severely short staffed. Our pizza took over an hour, which is to be expected. The worker was very apologetic to the customers. Some were hood with others where not. You have to expect things to take longer on a holiday. We always enjoy the pasta options and gluten free pizza.

This Domino's store on 16th avenue in Gainesville Florida as a former Domino's delivery the manager at that store has a rude issue problem people like that is what makes the customers go away I was going to stop by and get me some food but with his attitude and the way he treated me was uncalled I personally will not go back to that store I asked for a chicken carbonara 16 bread bites then he started talking about protein what does protein has to deal with chicken carbonara 16 bread bit I can't tell anybody else to not to go there but I do think better people with good attitude and good service

Dominoes on 16th & Main st. customer service is ridiculous I made a curbside order on the app 20mins before I reached the location then sat 15mins for my pizza to be prepared an cooked, then ended up walking inside to pick it up no one brought it to my car for curbside

Ever since the new management we've had very good experiences. Brian made our pizza tonight and it was perfect!
I bought a large Hawaiian pizza. It got green bell pepper and it also got some chopped stem. I can tell by its green skin and flavor but the tough stem part was horribly hard to chew. I got pictures to prove the woody parts of bell peppers stem.

I don't know who i need to talk to about this man name nate but he is the best person i came into the store he addressed me right away he didn't have me waiting he was so respectful and and helpful all at the same time he's a wonderful person and this is my first time coming into this Domino's and it was nothing like the others it was clean it was quick service the workers also was nice as well and I just want to say thank you all yeah I'll keep up the good work because it will pay off yall have a great day.....

The nonprofit organization I’m employed with hosted an event and this store donated. The food was great (as always), but the employees, Nate and Jesse, were the best part of the experience. They were courteous and patient and even helped to load everything up. This all while working morning rush! I definitely will continue to patronize this store for not only business needs, but personal needs as well. A+ would most certainly recommend!

I ordered online 2 pizzas, cheesey bread and a two liter and paid in cash with a tip and one of my pizzas were burnt so i used the app to try and get a replacement sent and they never brought it or refunded me.

I was very disappointed this time with my pizza, it was very greasy I'm not sure why. I didn't order extra pepperoni or cheese but I noticed they had extra pepperoni on it. Overall, I disliked the pizza and ended up throwing half of it away. Normally my pizza from Domino's is pretty good. Not sure what happened this time.
