We attended a wedding last night where we enjoyed the most wonderful dinner catered by Dos Mamas. The bar service and the staff-served buffet line were both excellent. The menu included chicken stuffed with cream cheese and florentine sauce, steak demi glace, rice pilaf, scalloped potatoes, salad and roasted vegetables. The meal was piping hot, the portions were generous and hearty, and the flavors were completely on-point. We greatly enjoyed all that Dos Mamas contributed to a wonderful wedding celebration. As we all know, an event is made or broken by its food, drink and service, but this event was a HUGE success because the ceremony was sweet and beautiful, the dancing was great, and Dos Mamas hit it out of the ballpark with their delicious buffet and impeccable catering service.

Finally got a chance to try one of their Grab and Go Lunch Specials. The meatloaf was absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything I could have ever hoped for in a delicious, affordable meal! So glad I bought a second one for tomorrow! Hopefully they’ll find a way to make these a permanent part of business. If not, I’m going to have to find a reason to throw a party that needs to be catered!
