von and big reggie had the best customer service ive ever seen, and my drinks were amazing!!! with their own special touch that i appreciate, they were hilarious and personal and i know it was made with love. thank you guys ??

Caught them in the middle of a rush today. The girl taking the order was pretty new and I’ll excuse the fact that she didn’t know the menu well. The manager was very loud and obviously frustrated. She called out my order and when I didn’t immediately stand up, she just said it again louder.
