The manager was very pleasant and helpful.The employees are funny helpful and keep the store clean. This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts to go to.

Waited to be helped in the store , was not greeted by anyone for 5 minutes despite every one of the staff members looking at us. The staff was helping the drive thru customers and laughed at a customer and made jokes about their card declining loud enough for my fiance and I to hear and we finally just walked out and went to wafflehouse. The staff was rude, and completely out of line for making jokes about a customer in the drive thru. News flash you work at dunkin - and with those attitudes you always will. Go to the dunkin down the road instead or waffle house their food and service was exceptional!!!

This store was already bad but it’s gotten even worse recently.I placed a mobile order today and it was literally a fight to get my order. Apparently they were out of stock of 2 things that I wanted and there’s no way on their end to just cancel an item (literally just remove a donut from my order)The cook showed up at the window to antagonize me because for some reason the lady who was taking orders couldn’t do her job.The only person with a brain at this location was the lovely young lady who actually made my drink.Unfortunately, this just shows a lack of poor management from the store’s end.

I went to this store. Yesterday I brought a bagel from another store. Was in hospital couldn't bring it back yesterday. I went to this store being was closer. They worker was rude. Said you didn't get it from here. So I went to the other one. They replaced it and was very cautious. They told me I could gone there replace it. They said sorry about them being rude. Wish got the name to give her a great review. She was kind and helpful. She works at the one by highway 75. But the guy in the one next to IHOP he was very rude. I will not be going to that one again.

By far the most incompetent Dunkin I have ever experienced!! I placed my order get to the window its $10 more than it should have been! I ask them to repeat the order (again) and AGAIN it’s majority what I did NOT ask for!! How hard is it to LISTEN when taking an order??? I managed dunkin for a few years IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!! I come to the one down the street and MUCH better service and PLEASANT attitudes!! Yall in this location could learn some ish by that location!!
