McDonalds continues to fail in EVERY way. Rude customer service, food quality continues to be bad...the only reason I use them is they used to be fast. It took 25 minutes AFTER I placed my order in the drive thru to get my food.
Food is fine but the workers are rude for no reason. Once they forgot half my order and I was really nice about it but some of the workers were really rude about it for walking in to get the rest of my order. The second time I waited 20 mins for a curbside pickup, so I went inside. Again, the worker didn't say a word and handed me my food. I said thank you so much and he ignored me. I get it I get in a bad mood at work too but that doesn't mean you have to be that way towards...read full review
