Joe was our server and he was amazing. Even with it being a busy Friday and large parties coming in, he still was on point with little groups. I appreciated this greatly. Food was amazing we had ravioli with meat sauce and the tour of Italy. Will definitely return.
This has been my best experience at any Olive Garden! The ordering system wasn’t working when I visited (which is obviously a crucial part of any restaurant) and the staff handled it wonderfully. Me and my partner were taken care of by the staff and everyone was so accommodating! Their staff communicated this slow down and apologies very well and we had no issue at all! I’ve honestly had slower service at other restaurants WITH their ordering system working just fine!We were served by Bill who was very sweet and on top of the service! He is a great waiter! All of the staff seemed so friendly there as everyone was helping each other in different sections to refill drinks and whatnot (I assume they were short staffed), I can only imagine how difficult it must have been for them to go old school and have the service be slower than usual. We even had the manager check in with us to make sure we were having a great time, and we were! I only have great things to say about this Olive Garden location and wish the best for them!And an extra note- I saw some customers treating some of the staff very poorly as they were frustrated due to things the staff couldn’t control and the staff handled it with grace and care. Good on them.

My friend and I went to this Olive Garden location for her birthday. We are frequent customers of many Olive Garden locations and normally it is a hit or miss with service. BUT, my visit to this restaurant was fantastic. We were seated quickly in a spacious area, the service was very quick and sincere. Our waitress was Hannah W, she was amazing! She was very personable, sweet, considerate, and observant. She served us with a smile and continued to check on us! My friend ordered the Gnocchi Soup and Gluten free pasta with mushroom Alfredo Sauce. I ordered spaghetti with five cheese marinara sauce and salad. Of course many breadsticks as well! We didn’t even have to ask for refills on soup or salad, Hannah already knew to ask and offered. She also observed that I did not eat the pepperoncini’s in my salad and ensured that those were not include in my next salad refill! She even assisted my friend with choosing her birthday dessert! Overall, a great experience at this location and I will definitely return!Vegetarian options: Pasta, sauce, breadsticks, salad, soup, and desserts.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and Gluten Free options.
