2nd time visiting this PDQ location on Sunday afternoon. Decided to order at the counter instead of the drive-thru for a change of scenery.I went to the ladies' room while my husband used one of their 2 quick order menu screens that allowed card-only payment. I was really disappointed in the bathroom conditions as the stall I chose had no toilet paper, and there were only 3 stalls - the other 2 were occupied. Luckily, I had clean tissues in my pocket and was able to utilize those. I forgot to tell the counter person about the toilet paper issue since the place was getting busier for the lunch crowd.The food was ready in about 7 minutes after my husband put in the order. The soda machines are self-serve with touchscreen displays, so we got our drink (large Coke) while we waited. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich meal with large waffle fries plus a side of 6 chicken nuggets, and I had the grilled chicken salad without tomatoes. The order was correct, made well, and tasted fresh.Aside from the ladies' room, the other thing that made my food rating lose 1 star was that the soda was super flat. We only realized this when we were on the road and sipping the drink. Oh well, next time we'll bring our own soda from home ?♀️. The chicken here is less oily and levels better than Zaxby's. However, due to the issues above, we might not visit another time...

Came in after lunch croud. Store was dirty, especially the drink/condiment station. I stood at front for 2 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. I spotted the kiosk to the left and placed my order. Food was as expected...not great, but better than Mac Donald's.

Got tiny overcooked pizza chicken was 13 bucks. This is outrageous. At least give you a decent size pizza meat for that price. It was dry the most super spicy even though I requested a nun spicy grilled

I love coming to this PDQ, the staff is a joy to interact with and they are always super helpful. I have never had an issue with my orders, my food is always good and I receive my food quick or in a timely manner. I usually do drive thru, but when I've dined in it has always been a chill atmosphere.
