I had lunch at Pollo Tropical and it was really good. The 1/2 chicken and one side is 7.09 and $0.80 more for a second side. Good portions at a reasonable price. The line was a bit long, but it moved reasonably fast. Plantains dont count as a side, and I think they should. It's just about the same price as most side items. That was my only complaint. Many options of restaurants and food chains, and great space to study, have lunch, have a coffee. Not quiet, but the tables are very organized and with headphones you can work there fine.

The local restaurants added to the food court are a great idea. FatG's (Wed) and Big Island Bowls (Tues) are fantastic. Indoor seating is a thing again but I'll always eat outside even thought outdoor seating is very limited.
