Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. When I got it the chicken was so hard I couldn't even pull the chicken apart. Had to make another one, then one tasted fine. The fountain drinks in the dining room All my popular drinks that I drink were unavailable.
I wasn't expecting this from a Wendy's but that was the best customer service I have ever had in the 12 years I have been in Florida hands down. They were so happy and polite.Please,thank you, you're welcome. One woman even told me what a beautiful woman I was lol. I truly wish every place was like this. Thank you ladies for knowing what true customer service is all about
