Usually come here for lunch, and don't receive the best drive thru intercom service but today was far beyond than normal and Alex made sure my food order was prepared the way I wanted amd he responded with professional kindness, thanks again
I have eaten a multiple zaxby and this is by far the best one. The food has always been hot and freshly made. I have probably eaten at this restaurant over 20 times. Sometimes I drive a little farther to go to this zaxby's. If you are in the mood for chicken strips, or wings I strongly recommend eating here. They also have great cheddar bites.

Service was quick and accurate. Customer service was OK. Not overly nice but not exactly rude either. One of our chicken sandwiches was raw on part of it. Not safe at all. Very disappointed!
