“Got inside. No host waiting on customers. When we got seated after 15 minutes, we had to wait for 20 minutes more to get a server asking if we'd been helped. She took out orders even though she was working in another area. We never met our real server. Food was all messed up, wrong orders or incomplete. On top of that they were demanding tips higher than 18%. Food quality is just regular, think of it as a fruit de mer fast food service. Something like a fish market restaurant but with higher prices. They should pay attention to customers and their needs. They should also have more respect for the brand they represent. Red Lobster has been an Excellency flag throughout the years but this Location at Hialeah is ruining the great experience.Parking: Lots of parking spots behind the restaurant“
“Visited this Golden Corral with my best classmate and her sister. I was treated to lunch. This location has the best of everything, location, service, and atmosphere. I was super impressed with the dining area and service. When we arrived at our table the drinks were already there. Our server circled back several times to make sure we didn't need anything. All of a sudden, the staff popped up with a slice of birthday cake! Many times, I avoided this type of establishment but can't say enough about this location. Great place for lunch or dinner with much variety and value! Salad bar was my favorite!!!Parking: The parking lot was crowded, but we were still able to find a close place to park. It's a big shared parking lot. Handicap parking as well.Kid-friendliness: There were parents with children, and unless they walked by, not noticeable at all. They have gummy bear, which I know the kids' love, ice cream desert buffet.“
“First of all, I've always had a great experience at this location. Their ribs are superb. But unfortunately, this last visit, I happened to order the half rib with a half barbecue chicken. I was extremely disappointed when my meal came. Everything seemed to be on point. The ribs were fantastic, but when I tried the chicken. The meat was hard and seemed aged. I am a meat lover, and it's hard to get me to reject chicken ,ribs, or pork, but I have to say this was the worst chicken I've tried in years . I was able to avoid a situation like this for some time I guess. I believe this location doesn't really sell much of their half chicken orders, and the poultry was sitting for some time in the fridge. I was forced to just leave the half chicken and enjoy the rest of my visit. I did give a tip to the waitress because it was no fault of her own, and I didn't want to ruin the time I was having with my son. I will be back but will never attempt to get half a chicken. Be warned and save yourself the disappointment.“
“Well after a long days work Karina my server greeted me as I walked in the door with a beautiful smile and her attention to details was exceptional. Been to other establishments but her attention to detail was perfect and with a very good attitude. I am not from the area but would come again just because of the great experience.“
“Love this place. I usually don't eat that much but it was so good I had to clean up the plate. They make the food on the premises and it shows as it was very tasty. The staff is super kind and attentive also genuinely friendly and makes you fell very welcome. We will be back repeatedly.“

“I didn't get my chicken sandwich after an hour and a half of waiting. I actually love this restaurant, but I don't understand why my meal took so long to make this time around. Even when I alerted a supervisor within the 30-minute mark, my food somehow got taken by someone who wasn't me. I was eating by myself, so no one should be taking the food I paid for.“
“The restaurant was super clean when we entered. We were greeted with warm smile. They immediately sat us at our table. We couldn’t ask for a better waitress. Lacey our waitress provided us with the best customer service available. She was very attentive. She knew the menu inside and out. I totally recommend this location 100%.“
“My husband and I moved to a neighborhood just near here 3 years ago and we're so pleasantly surprised when we found this hole in the wall. We come here very frequently for the delicious food and large craft beer selection. The staff works as a team to assist everyone in the restaurant, so there is no waiting, only smiling faces! They have table games and karaoke days, and the place is a total vibe. Every time a friend visits and we go to grab food, we always bring them here. 10/10!“
