I am writing to you because here there is never a product that is in high demand for me, it is frappes, I live across the street and since I moved it has been 2 years if I have had it twice it is too much and I consider that to be very bad service

It's been more than two months since I've been there like 8 times and they never have FRAPE!!! I mean, a McDonald's that doesn't have a frape is not a McDonald's and I wonder where the people who run this franchise are because the mcckiken is always hard and looks like it's been fried for a week, the fries are cold all the time. I don't know if it's my luck but what a coincidence. I will never go to that McDonald's again, change management!!
