Four of us sat outside (as requested). Reservation was honored on time. (and on a Saturday night). Service and food were just outstanding. Many good options on the menu and the chef willing to customize (leave out certain things). Food was delivered at the right temperature and in good time. We will definitely go back and I highly encourage others to do the same. Unfortunately no Indonesian beers are available but there is a good selection of American and some imported beers....read full review
I love Krakatoa Indonesian Restaurant! The menu is a symphony of Indonesian flavors, offering a wide array of dishes that cater to both adventurous and conservative palates. All of the appetizers are vegan (perfect for those vegan family members!), and many of the main dishes can be made vegan as well. What a wonderful little restaurant in Hollywood. The food is delicious and different from the other oriental restaurants, and served in an elegant and original style. Service was great. I had Opor with chicken, my first Indonesian cuisine, delicious!
